The Signature Package

An elevated, hands‑on coordination experience designed for clients who want deeper support, earlier involvement, and a fully managed event‑day process.

Includes EVERYTHING in The Essentials Package, plus:


  • Check-in meeting 6 weeks before event with ongoing communication


  • Month‑of vendor logistics management, confirmations, and vendor‑specific timeline coordination


  • Comprehensive timeline development with vendor‑specific cues


  • Full unboxing, placement, and detailed styling of décor in ceremony + reception spaces


  • Ceremony space reset + cleanup


  • Full packing and organized sorting of décor and personal items into labeled bins provided by Client for easy transport


  • Additional onsite support (up to 12 hours)
